Registration form

The symposium will have a restricted number of participants (up to 75). We will process your registration on the "first come first served" basis.
The registration deadline is 10th of December 2025. 

There will be a registration fee of 320PLN to attend the symposium (1EUR ~ 4.25PLN). This fee will help cover coffee breaks and the conference dinner. The bank transfer payment details will be sent at a later stage by email.
